A great chance to catch your breath, relax, and hear a timeless message of grace.
Our overnight retreat for undergraduates begins Saturday February 17th at Crossroads Camp. Join other Christ Church Hoos for an unforgettable overnight retreat up in the mountains. Complete with hearty family style meals, plenty of snacks and drinks, team games, arts & crafts, nature hikes, and special speaker, Christ Church’s own Dave Zahl!

Saturday Feb 17th
You may choose to arrive anytime between 11:30am- 5:30pm. Please arrive by 6pm for official retreat start-time.
11:30am - Arrive at Crossroads for Lunch (Optional)
1-5pm - Free time. Use this time for study, walks in the woods, playing games, or reading a book. Whatever you need! (Optional)

David Zahl arrived at Christ Church in 2010 and has never been happier. Born in New York City and brought up on the East Coast and in Europe, David graduated with honors from Georgetown University in 2001. He then served for five years as a para-church youth minister in New England before starting Mockingbird Ministries in 2007, an organization devoted to connecting the Christian faith with the realities of everyday life in fresh and down-to-earth ways.

CrossRoads is a 606 acre property nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains about half way between Lynchburg and Charlottesville, Virginia. It is located 5.4 miles north of Lowesville on Little Piney Road.
