After graduating from UVA in 2009, Sam Bush was the music minister at Christ Church from 2010-2020 where he also directed The Garage and the Fellows Program. Sam graduated from Duke Divinity School in 2022 and was ordained to the priesthood the following year. As associate rector, Sam helps lead and organize pastoral care, the Men's Bible Study, Jail Ministry and the Graduate Fellows Program. He is married to Maddy with whom he has three boys, Auden, Elliott and Davy.
